Job Description
Overview
Catholic Health Home Care manages home care services for approximately 2,000 patients daily across Long Island and Queens. Specialized services include skilled nursing care, physical and occupational therapies, medical social work, maternal-child and pediatric services, home health aide assistance, nutritional counseling, pastoral care, infusion services, telehealth, palliative care, wound care and behavioral health services.
The Weekend RN Coordinator works each Saturday and Sunday 8:30 AM-7:00 PM (2 10.5 hour shifts)
Job Details
Weekend RN Coordinator Responsibilities Will Include
• Oversight of a clinical interdisciplinary team
• Planning, organizing and leading of the team
• Supervises, supports and educates staff at the point of services in the field
Requirements
• Licensed and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN) in New York State required.
• Minimum of three (3) years post-licensure in nursing with progressive leadership responsibilities and experience in home care.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills required.
Salary Range
USD $55.00 - USD $65.00 /Hr.
This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job, and it does not include the value of benefits.
