We are looking for a dedicated Weekender Night RN to join our supportive and dynamic healthcare team. Position Summary: The Weekender Night RN is responsible for providing skilled nursing care to residents during weekend night shifts. This role ensures resident safety, monitors health status, administers medications, and collaborates with the care team to provide exceptional care. The ideal candidate is compassionate, attentive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver direct nursing care to residents, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring of health status. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. • Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in resident condition. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. • Support and mentor nursing assistants and other care staff as needed. • Uphold safety, infection control, and compliance standards. Qualifications: • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska • Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or acute care preferred. • Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Weekend night availability required.
