Wound Care Nurse in Chapin, SC

To join our team, we're seeking for a dedicated and experienced wound care nurse. You will evaluate wounds brought on by accidents and surgical treatments as a member of our team to identify both acute treatment requirements and long-term treatment strategies. You will visit priorities in your care on a regular basis, work with supervising doctors on case management, and communicate with priorities' family and healthcare officials. You inform patients and their families about the care practices and strategies to support wellness and healing before the priority is discharged. To be eligible for this position, you must be a RN or LPN in the State of South Carolina.

The incumbent is a licensed professional nurse who is responsible for maintenance and administration of campus-wide employee health records and procedures as well as management and administration of employee health related compliance issues in accordance to DHEC, ASHA and CDC regulations and Lowman Home policies. The Employee Health Nurse will coordinate services with the Human Resource and Education/Training Departments.
• The incumbent should be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Currently "licensed" to practice as an RN or LPN in the State of South Carolina.
