Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Wound Care Nurse or Clinician based in Michigan. Responsibilities include providing expert wound care and ostomy services, conducting patient assessments, managing and monitoring wound healing, and documenting patient progress. The role also involves educating residents, families, and staff about wound care best practices and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes. Qualifications • Expertise in Wound Care, including assessment and treatment of a variety of wound types • Strong background in Nursing, including licensed and certified credentials • Knowledge of wound and ostomy care • Ability to educate and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams • Critical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills • Flexibility to work on-site in Northern Detroit and Lansing areas
