Job Description

Madison Health & Rehabilitation is currently seeking a Wound Nurse Nurse to join our team of dedicated health care professionals.

Applicant must have unrestricted RN / LPN license.

Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing, the Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide wound and preventative treatments and provide appropriate documentation.

These positions require patience, compassion, and a desire to care for the residents in a gentle and empathetic manner. Some responsibilities of the RN and/or LPN may include:
• Communication with floor nurses and CNAs
• Communication with DON, ADON, SDC, and Unit Managers
• Regular communication and coordination with facility contracted wound care PA.
