Terms of Service for My RN Jobs

Effective Date: October 1, 2025

Welcome to My RN Jobs (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the https://myrnjobs.com job board platform (the “Platform”).

By creating an account, posting a job, submitting a resume, or otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Platform.
  • If you are 16–18 years old, you may use the Platform only with parental or guardian consent.
  • If you use the Platform on behalf of an employer, organization, or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

The Platform provides tools that connect job seekers (candidates) and employers (organizations) in the nursing and healthcare industry. Services include:

  • Job posting and employer accounts
  • Candidate profile creation and resume submissions
  • Search and matching functionality
  • Direct communications between candidates and employers
  • Job alerts and notifications

We are not an employer, recruiter, or hiring party. The Platform facilitates connections but does not participate in hiring decisions.

3. Account Registration

  • To use certain features, you must create an account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • You may not create more than one account without written permission.
  • Notify us immediately at support@myrnjobs.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful, accurate, and lawful information in all postings, applications, and communications.
  • Use the Platform only for lawful, job-related purposes.
  • Act professionally and respectfully toward other users.
  • Comply with all applicable employment, privacy, and anti-discrimination laws.

5. Employer Obligations

Employers using the Platform agree to:

  • Post only legitimate, lawful job opportunities.
  • Accurately represent job roles, compensation, and working conditions.
  • Refrain from posting discriminatory, misleading, or harmful content.
  • Use candidate information solely for recruitment purposes related to the posted role.
  • Comply with all applicable labor, equal opportunity, and privacy regulations.

We may suspend or remove employer accounts that violate these obligations.

6. Candidate Use

Candidates using the Platform agree to:

  • Submit only truthful and accurate resumes, profiles, and application materials.
  • Avoid misrepresenting qualifications, licenses, or credentials.
  • Understand that employers are solely responsible for hiring decisions and job accuracy.
  • Acknowledge that:
    • The Platform will collect, parse, and store information you provide (including but not limited to resumes, cover letters, responses to forms, chat messages, and other submissions) in order to build and maintain your user profile.
    • This profile is used to deliver the best possible job matching experience.
    • You may request that your profile be not visible to employers, but you must notify the Platform owners at support@myrnjobs.com to activate this setting.

7. User Content and License

“User Content” includes resumes, profiles, job postings, messages, and any materials submitted to the Platform.

  • You retain ownership of your User Content.
  • By submitting User Content, you grant My RN Jobs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content in connection with providing and promoting the Platform.
  • You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit your content.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, fraudulent, or discriminatory information.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Platform.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
  • Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.
  • Collect information from other users without consent.
  • Use the Platform for non-job-related commercial purposes.

9. Salary and Job Information Disclaimer

  • Any salary figures, benefits, or role descriptions displayed on the Platform may be:
    • Estimated by the Platform based on available data, or
    • Provided directly by employers or advertisers.
  • These figures are provided for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as formal job offers.
  • Salary information, benefits, or other employment details displayed are non-binding and subject to negotiation between the candidate and the employer.

10. Intellectual Property

  • The Platform, including its design, software, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by My RN Jobs and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify the Platform content without our written consent.

11. Payment Terms (If Applicable)

  • Some features may require payment (e.g., premium job postings, subscriptions).
  • Fees and payment terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • You authorize us to process payments through designated third-party providers.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of job postings, salary figures, or candidate information.
  • We are not liable for hiring decisions, employment outcomes, or disputes between users.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the greater of:
    • (a) the total fees you paid to us in the 6 months prior to the claim, or
    • (b) USD $100.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My RN Jobs, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform,
  • Your User Content, or
  • Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

14. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account or access at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct.
  • You may delete your account at any time.
  • Certain provisions (e.g., limitation of liability, indemnification) survive termination.

15. Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of California, without regard to conflict of laws.
  • Arbitration: Any disputes shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration in San Francisco, California, except where prohibited by law.
  • Class Action Waiver: You agree that disputes will be resolved individually and not as part of a class or collective action.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top indicates the latest version. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
